SHIPPING
Please be aware of production and delivery times before ordering. Products are made-to-order. Orders are generally processed within 3-10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.

Express Shipping- $16.00
Local Delivery available- please check if your postcode is eligible.
International shipping:

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for either a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at stacey@cleverlittlekoalas.com.au .
Damaged Product
Please inspect your order upon reception and email us with a photo of the item's condition within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as all our handmade sensory base products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Refunds will only be accepted if a product is faulty. This does not includes faults caused by freight.
Product refunds will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind;
- Delay of parcel delivery by our shipping provider and/or your parcel arriving after the date you required it; or
- An item you receive is a different colour in person to what it appears to be on your computer or mobile phone screen;
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s) and any exchange items. A $13.00 reshipping fee will be applicable in the event you would like an exchange.
It is important to note that:
We cannot guarantee any items you request for an exchange will be in stock at the time of receipt of your return. In the case we will contact you to confirm how you would like to proceed.
